Your smile is yours forever and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. Our goal is to help our patients enjoy the benefits of good oral health.
We realize that everyone’s financial situation is different. For this reason, we have worked to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile.
Payments are due at the time of service. For patients with insurance, we are happy to file claims on your behalf to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage. However, we cannot guarantee of any estimated coverage.
Most insurances have deductibles and co-payments, and we will assist in figuring your estimated portion due for each visit. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we ask patients to follow through with their insurance should payment be overdue or non-payable. Please know that we do everything possible to see that you should receive the full benefits of your policy. If for some reason your insurance company has not paid their portion within 90 days from the date of treatment, you are responsible for payment at that time.
